The Fasoli family's story in wine began in 1921, when Amadio Fasoli started growing grapes in the Illasi Valley east of Verona, personally delivering his wine to local restaurants by horse and cart. The winery he founded in 1925 is now led by a fourth generation, brothers Natalino and Matteo, and in 2025 the estate celebrated its centenary.
Fasoli Gino has been fully organic since 1986 — one of the earliest conversions in the region — and has since pushed further into biodynamic and regenerative farming, including experimental plots at the estate's higher-altitude Tenuta Le Cave site. The vineyards span the Valpolicella, Soave and Bardolino zones around Verona, giving the estate a genuinely wide range: from crisp Soave and Garganega whites to structured Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone reds. Tasi, a smaller sister project launched in 2012 by Mattia Fasoli and friends Michele and Matteo, focuses on expressive, small-production wines from the same organic vineyards.
