Color– straw yellow with light greenish reflections.

Aroma – delicate, floral, with light notes of dried apricot.

Taste – full-bodied, pleasantly fruity with a lingering citrus and passion fruit finish.

Alcohol content:  13% vol.

Food pairing:  excellent aperitif, it goes well with first courses of fish, shellfish and seafood.
