On the nose: it is complex with fruity aromas of pineapple, pear, yellow peach, floral acacia and minerals linked to the soil.

On the palate: it is fresh and very balanced, with long persistence.

Food pairings: it is excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with raw seafood and small crustaceans.
