Colour: intense red.

On the nose: complex and with a well-pronounced bouquet. The bouquet opens with sweet hints wrapped in the characteristic smells of fruit, plum and cherry jam.

On the palate: elegant, pulpy and very structured but balanced wine despite its high alcohol content.

Food pairings: particularly suitable for reinforcing pasta with meat sauce, strong dishes based on roast meats, game, aged cheeses and dishes with strong flavours.
