Complex, well-pronounced bouquet, opening with sweet hints wrapped in fruit, plum and cherry jam.

Elegant and pulpy on the palate, very structured but balanced despite its high alcohol content. Particularly suited to pasta with meat sauce, roast meats, game, aged cheeses and other strongly-flavoured dishes.
