On the nose: intense and fresh, ripe yellow pulp fruit such as pineapple and peach, completed by citrus nuances.

On the palate: savory and harmonious taste characterized by a long persistence and a good acid base.

Best paired with dishes based on seafood, fatty fish and pan-fried white meats.
